The wines of this winery are produced from grapes that are organically grown in the vineyards of Agia Triada of Polygyros. White varieties such as Alexandria Muscat, Sauvignon Blanc, Malagouzia, Viogner and Assyrtiko as well as red varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Agiorgitiko and Syrah are the ones that are cultivated. The winemaking takes place in the privately owned facilities of the new modern family winery in Portaria of Halkidiki.
