Staffilo BIO Pinot Grigio is an organic wine whose vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks together with the skins of the grapes, at a controlled temperature. It has a straw color and fruity aromas that leave notes of peach, apricot, tropical fruits and wild flowers. On the palate it is dry, full and velvety and its taste is pleasantly persistent. After the selection of the best grapes, fermentation takes place at a temperature of 14°C, a technique that produces subtle aromas that are particularly pleasing to the palate.
