The Vineyard is located on the Epanomi peninsula, 500 meters from thecoastline. The harvest time is crucial for Chardonnay, since the berrieslose precious acidity during the ripening process. Therefore, theChardonnay was harvested in the first week of August to achieve a nicebalance of acidity, aroma and structure in the Wine. Only the best grapeswere selected for this wine, which is fermented in 300 ltr. oak barrels.After the fine racking it is kept an additional six months on the lees.Bright yellow with golden reflections. The nose is strongly aromatic withgreen apples, pineapples and a variety of flowers. The barrel vinificationis supplementing it with vanilla and balsamic notes which overall createsa wine with a highly interesting bouquet and an impressive body.Tropical Fruits and spicy, smoky vanilla notes linger for a long time inthe aftertaste. try it with spicy shellfish, gratin, roast chicken or turkey.

The vineyards are located close to the winery in the periphery of theTrilofos/Epanomi wine region. Slowly fermented in temperaturecontrolled stainless-steel tanks at and matured on its lees for 4 monthsbefore racking. Complete fermentation with virtually no residual sugar,produces a dry and fresh wine. In four simple words: Summer in theGlass! This light golden wine develops a vast variety of florid Aromas inthe nose as on the palate which are still present long after the finish.Primarily green apple, grassy aromas, lime, elderflower and rose petalsare accompanied by peach, honey melon, combined with a touch of thevery particular Terroir. Food Pairing: Pasta, Paella, Grilled Gambas.

The single Vineyard is located 500 meters from the coastline of theEpanomi Peninsula. The fermentation takes place at lower limit temperatures in stainless steel, finished and matured for 5 months on thefine lees. In the glass, greenish reflections are embedded in a light lemoncolor. The bouquet consists of a complex range of green and fruityaromas accompanied by a hint of minerality. The first impression is leadby intense notes of passion fruit, quince, apricot and pineapple. Whileswirling the glass hints of peach, chamomile and chalk develop, followedup in the long aftertaste with exotic fruits such as mango, Maracuja and ahint of citrus. Food Pairing: On its own, grilled or fried fish of anykind.

Single Vineyard located on the Epanomi Peninsula, 500 meters from thecoastline. The fermentation starts in temperature controlled stainless-steel or six months in on the lees. In the glass, pale lemon with golden twist. On the nose, after a short breath, grapefruit, honey melon, mango and biscuit. Complemented by light notes of mature peach and tobacco,forming a complex and interesting bouquet. Beautiful body and well-balanced acidity, with melon, peach, bergamot, pear, toast, vanilla andhazelnut on the typical "fume"aroma. The barrel ageing creates a pleasant buttery feel on the palate with a long spicy and smoky aftertaste. Food Pairing: Enjoy on its own or select a meal that fits the wine like dishes with Truffles, Grilled Salmon, Saint Jaques or Paella.

The two varieties, Malagousia and Assyrtiko, are planted in the samevineyard, harvested and fermented together. This helps to integrate thefresh typical acidity of the Assyrtiko and the full aroma of the Malagousiaresulting in a perfect marriage of aroma and fresh balanced acidity. Afterthe fermentation the wine is kept for four months on the yeast lees. It is a light fresh summer wine with a bright green to yellow color. In the noseand on the palate one can find citrus fruits accompanied by peach, mango, honey melon and hints of flint stone. They are joined on the palate with quince and a hint of grapefruit. Slight hints of almond blossom and hazelnut emerge during the finish. Its long aftertaste is predominated by citrus fruits, mango and peach. Pair it with salads, poultry with white sauce and grilled fish.

Located in the Yonne department, the Chablis vineyard runs along a small river, the Serein. After fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, it is aged in fine lees for 15 to 18 months. It has a beautiful golden yellow color. Expressive, floral nose with a hint of white fruit (apple, pear). In the mouth it has mineral notes and a beautiful structure. Enjoy it at 11-13°C with seafood platters, oysters, goat and sheep cheese or even with fried chicken and fries.

"It's rare to find a Petit Chablis this good." (Tamlyn Currin JancisRobinson.com). Located in the Yonne department, the Chablis vineyard runs along a small river: the Serein. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, its ages on the fine lees for 10 to 12 months. It has a soft golden color. On the nose you will find citrus notes (lemon, grapefruit) on a mineral background (flint, flint). In the mouth it is fresh, with a beautiful aromatic finish. Enjoy it at 10-12°C with seafood, grilled fish or seafood and fish tartare, snails and cheeses.

This lively Chardonnay presents notes of citrus and white flowers is delicious, round with a refreshing finish. Its color is pale yellow with a slight golden reflection. It has strong aromas of flowers and white fruits. In the mouth it is clean, very fresh, with notes of citrus fruits and white flowers. Enjoy it as an aperitif, with cold appetizers, summer salads, fish and shellfish, poultry, Tomme cow cheese.

This Sauvignon Blanc displays floral and fruity aromas, such as citrus, that are intense and exotic. It has a pale-yellow color with golden and shiny highlights. On the nose it is fresh and fruity, with notes of citrus (lemon and grapefruit) and exotic fruits. In the mouth it is tonic, fresh and easy to drink. A charming wine with aromas of fresh fruit. Enjoy it as an aperitif, or with raw seafood, grilled fish, white meats, ham and goat cheese.
