The location of this vineyard, altitude and geomorphology favors organicfarming without compromise to quality. The wine has a beautiful rosecolor. The nose is strongly aromatic expressing by notes of strawberries,sour cherry and raspberry accompanied by hints of sweet watermelon,gooseberry and pomegranate. On the palate you can distinguishstrawberry, sweet cherry, red currant and bergamot which are supportedby the wine_s natural acidity, forming an excitingly long and fresh finish.FOOD PAIRING: Seafood, salads, desserts and fruit bowls or enjoy onits own during a warm summer evening.

The two varieties, Malagousia and Assyrtiko, are planted in the samevineyard, harvested and fermented together. This helps to integrate thefresh typical acidity of the Assyrtiko and the full aroma of the Malagousiaresulting in a perfect marriage of aroma and fresh balanced acidity. Afterthe fermentation the wine is kept for four months on the yeast lees. It is a light fresh summer wine with a bright green to yellow color. In the noseand on the palate one can find citrus fruits accompanied by peach, mango, honey melon and hints of flint stone. They are joined on the palate with quince and a hint of grapefruit. Slight hints of almond blossom and hazelnut emerge during the finish. Its long aftertaste is predominated by citrus fruits, mango and peach. Pair it with salads, poultry with white sauce and grilled fish.

Located in the Yonne department, the Chablis vineyard runs along a small river, the Serein. After fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, it is aged in fine lees for 15 to 18 months. It has a beautiful golden yellow color. Expressive, floral nose with a hint of white fruit (apple, pear). In the mouth it has mineral notes and a beautiful structure. Enjoy it at 11-13°C with seafood platters, oysters, goat and sheep cheese or even with fried chicken and fries.

After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, its ages on the fine lees for 10 to 12 months. It has a soft golden color. On the nose you will find citrus notes (lemon, grapefruit) on a mineral background (flint, flint). In the mouth it is fresh, with a beautiful aromatic finish. Enjoy it at 10-12°C with seafood, grilled fish or seafood and fish tartare, snails and cheeses.

Don Luciano Blue is a sparkling wine, created exclusively from Moscato grapes and carefully selected berries.

Don Luciano Brut is a sparkling wine that pleasantly surprises our palate.

Don Luciano Moscato Gold is produced by Garcia Carrion Winery. It is a white sparkling wine, which will go through the Charmat process for a second fermentation and will acquire its wonderful aromas.

Don Luciano Moscato Pink is another label created from 100% Moscato grapes that the Garcia Carrion winery brings to our table.

Don Luciano Rosado is another label from the Garcia Carrion Winery winery and consists of Moscato grapes, red fruits and licorice.

This generous Cabernet Sauvignon offers black fruit aromas with a spicy character. Its color is deep red with violet highlights. Its nose is fruity, intense and complex, with harmonious notes of spices and small black fruits. In the mouth it has soft tannins, it is balanced with a fruity finish and intense black fruits. Pair it with red meat, roasted or stewed in a pot (boeuf Bourguignon).
