Alpha Syrah Xinomavro Merlot Red Dry comes from the Alpha Estate. Since 1997 in the area of Florina the production of the white wine Assyrtiko from the estate "ALPHA" takes place. Experienced winemakers Makis Mavridis and Angelos Iatridis chose Amyntaio to create their own wine. Thus, one of the most popular white wines of Greece was created, the Alpha Syrah Xinomavro Merlot Red Dry.

The ALPHA Syrah Chelones Red Dry wine from the ALPHA estate, comes from 100% Syrah variety of the Amyntaios wine-growing zone. It is dehumidified in the absence of a filter, the cold extraction in a controlled environment, and the alcoholic fermentation at graduated temperatures. The wine remains for 3 months in its wine sludges and then it is periodically stirred. It is aged for nine months in selected French oak barrels and then stays in the bottle for 15 months before enter the market.

Alpha Tannat Red Dry from the ALPHA estate, brings to our table a fine single-variety red wine, especially famous in Uruguay. It is dehumidified in the absence of a filter, the cold extraction in a controlled environment, and the alcoholic fermentation at graduated temperatures. The wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels and another 18 months in bottles.

In Amyntaio, Florina, the ALFA winery was established in 1997, and very quickly, the Estate's wines became well-known and loved in the Greek market, while today they are popular even outside the borders.

Since 1997 in the area of Florina the production of white wine Malagouzia from the estate "ALPHA" takes place. Experienced winemakers Makis Mavridis and Angelos Iatridis chose Amynteo to create their own wine. Thus, one of the most popular white wines of Greece was created, the ALPHA Malagouzia White Chelones from the ALPHA estate.

From the best vineyards, comes the ALPHΑ Xinomavro Reserve Red Dry of the estate "ALPHA", with vineyards of 90 years old, in sandy soils. It matures for two years in an oak barrel and another year in the bottle. Its aromas are full of red juicy forest fruits, sun-dried tomatoes and dried herbs with an earthy character reminiscent of a mushroom.

Xinomavro Hedgehog Red Dry of the ALPHA estate, aged for 12 months, is a wonderful juicy wine with characteristic aromas of flowers, vanilla, pepper, clove and tones of ripe raspberry, sun-dried tomato and dried fig.

ALPHA Rose Dry from the ALPHA estate, is produced in the Viticulture Zone of Amyntaio. The vinification is done by dehumidification, in the absence of a filter, remains for a few hours with the marcs and is cold extracted in a controlled environment. This is followed by alcoholic fermentation at graduated temperatures and remains for three months in its fine wine sludge.

The Merlot Red Dry is another wonderful label from the Argyriou Estate. It is created exclusively from the world-famous Merlot variety, which is known for the rich wines it can offer. Nikos Argyriou, with his knowledge of agricultural production, but also his love for wine, created the first vineyards of the estate in 1998, later creating the winery, in 2002, when the first winemaking of Erochos White and Red took place. Today the estate produces 9 different types of wine, emphasizing the forgotten Greek varieties but also the special characteristics of the international varieties.

Pinot Noir Red Dry is another amazing label of the Argyriou Estate, created exclusively by the well-known Burgundy variety Pinot Noir, which found refuge on the slopes of Mount Parnassos. Nikos Argyriou, with his knowledge of agricultural production, but also his love for wine, created the first vineyards of the estate in 1998, later creating the winery, in 2002, when the first winemaking of Erochos White and Red took place. Today the estate produces 9 different types of wine, emphasizing the forgotten Greek varieties but also the special characteristics of the international varieties.
