100% Sangiovese Grosso harvested by hand. 4 years aging of which 24 months in oak barrels. Once bottled, it rests for an additional 6 months in bottle before being released to the market. An earthy expression of Sangiovese offers aromas of black cherry, rose and notes of eucalyptus. Tastewise you will feel wild cherry, blackberry, clove, savory herbs and licorice alongside the tannins and acidity. Brunello is a perfect partner for red meats, smoked, chargrilled, oven-roasted or braised, with the classic combination remaining the Florentine-style grilled T-bone (Bistecca alla Fiorentina).

An den Achtmorgen is the first GG Pinot Noir. The plot is the heart of the equestrian trail in the Ruppertsberg and with the dense planting of Burgundy Pinot varieties in 2009. The sandstone and limestone in the soil and the sheltered location at the foot of the Haardt make this plot excellent for Pinot Noir. Since 2018 it is now also classified as GG. The wine is bright ruby with slight violet highlights. Airy, noble and elegant with aromas of plum and cherry preserves on the nose, it continues on the palate classy and ethereal floating and carried atgreat length by finely woven tannins and cherry aromas.

Chardonnay Royale is produced from grapes of the Ruppertsberg plain and is fermented and fully matured in barrels. The wine is concentrated and long with light notes of butter, passion fruit, mango, notes of white chocolate and wood with strong acidity that gives balance. This is definitely an elegant and charming wine with freshness, a lovely smoky nose, aromas of pear and herbs. Accompany it with poultry with white sauces, large fish, pork fricassee or a pumpkin soup.

Forster Riesling comes from the famous vineyards of the village of Forst and is mainly barrel fermented. It is dry but rich, classy, spicy and salty, with juicy, ripe citrus aromas and rich exoticism. It is a special wine that can be accompanied without fear from crabs and lobster to pork, lamb or a fine dining experience.

The Grainhubel GG is a southern slope with red sandstone and limestone on the ground. It ferments spontaneously in oak barrels of 500 liters and matures with the yeasts for 1.5 years. It is a charming, rich but refined Riesling, intense, spicy, salty with full body and concentration. Juicystonefruit aromas and a long aftertaste. It has aromas of juicy pome fruit and a long aftertaste and it will seduce you!

Herrgottsacker is the northernmost location of Deidesheim and borders with Ungeheuer. The soil contains sandstone, limestone and basalt. An elegant and classic Riesling. It combines the elegance and cool spicy taste of Deidesheim and the juicy citrus aroma of Forst. Delicious and delightful wine!

Kalkofen GG is located on the plateau above Deidesheim. 65 year old vines grow on sandstone and limestone. It ferments spontaneously in 500 liter oak barrels and matures in yeast for 1.5 years. It has aromas of clove and vanilla and is dense, smooth, creamy, hedonistic with a full body and extremely juicy on the palate. It is a wonderful and delicious wine that you will surely enjoy!

Von Winning Kirchenstuck is a high-quality German Riesling wine produced by Weingut von Winning, a renowned winery located in the Pfalz wine region in Germany. The Kirchenstuck vineyard is one of the most famous and historically significant vineyards in the region, with a long tradition of producing exceptional wines. The vines in the vineyard are grown on steep slopes that face south-southeast, allowing for optimal exposure to the sun and excellent ripening conditions for the grapes. The Leinhohle is a southern slope just above Deidesheim. When the climate in Deidesheim was colder, it was considered one of the best locations in the village for grapes because of the sun exposure. Sandstone and limestone are mainly in the soil and for this reason wines of excellent quality are produced. Erste Lage is something similar to Grand Cru in France. The wine is fully fermented in barrel and matures on the lees for one year. Peach, apricot, apple and some herbal notes on the nose. Juicy complex and dense with ripe stone fruits and fine herbs in the mouth. Enjoy it with Asian dishes, with pork and spicy appetizers.
