It is a rose dry wine from the unique blend of Agiorgitiko and Assyrtiko. As a result, it has an attractive soft peach color, refined aromas of cherry, sour cherry, pomegranate with distinctive round tannins from Agiorgitiko and distinctive acidity from Assyrtiko. It accompanies in an excellent way pink seafood such as shrimps and crayfish, white meats, pasta and fresh salads.

The composition of Begleri Sparkling Wine consists of the Begleri grape variety. Its color is golden with silver highlights and its fine bubbles give it a multidimensional and creamy aftertaste. Begleri Sparkling Wine is a rarely aromatic sparkling wine, with aromas of citrus fruits, mushrooms, honey, herbs and toasted bread. It has an explosive effect in the mouth and is ideal to take off your taste buds. It goes perfectly with seafood, shellfish, fatty fish ceviche, with fine mature cheeses and is ideally served cold at 9°C.

A Merlot with an amazing value for money aged for 12 months in oak barrels. Aromatically you will distinguish ripe characters such as tomato paste, ink, blackberry jam and smoke. The taste is fruity with a sweet aftertaste. It accompanies wonderful dishes of greek cuisine such as stews, moussaka, rooster in red wine sauce, but also stews with minced meat and mushrooms.

An everyday white-yellow wine with a delicate nose, and hints of white flowers and summer fruits such as peach and melon. In the mouth it is light, balanced and cool with a long aftertaste. It comfortably accompanies white cheeses, green salads, boiled vegetables and it is also ideal as an aperitif.

Nice exotic aromas, such as fruity notes of banana, apple, peach, but also hints of minerality and herbs. On the palate it is aromatic with medium volume with cool acidity, juicy and delicious. It can accompany wonderful salads, aromatic dishes, white cheeses, fish and poultry.

Delicious and charming Malagouzia with an intense yellow color. Distinct fruity notes of peach, floral aromas of jasmine and botanical hints of chamomile and other aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is cool, with balanced acidity, delicate and fruity aftertaste with lime and pineapple. It accompanies Asian dishes, salads, dishes cooked with fruit and white cheeses.

You don't call it light rose! Aromatically you will detect fresh fruits such as strawberry and cherry along with a hint of minerality. Taste-wise, the mouth follows the nose with aromas of red fruits, medium body and cool aftertaste. Enjoy it cool with pizza and pasta with red sauces, oily and boiled sausages.

The Moraitis winery, in the area of Naoussa in Paros, has been producing fine wines for several years. In Sarakiniko of Paros is one of the vineyards of the winery, where the Assyrtiko variety grows. It is carefully collected, undergoes pre-fermentation extraction and fermentation at low temperatures before maturing for 8 weeks in its wine sludges, in order to offer us this special label, the Estate Assyrtiko BIO S.V. Sarakiniko White.

The Moraitis winery, in the area of Naoussa in Paros, has been producing fine wines for several years. An old vineyard in the Demiralis area was replanted a few years ago and in 2019 gave its first wine, the Damerale BIO Rose Dry. Aidani Black, Mavrathiro and a small percentage of Monemvasia, are the varieties that are combined in order to give us this wonderful rose wine.

Strictly selected vineyards, over 80 years old, which will be carefully selected from the areas of Lefkes, Thapsana and Stavros, will give us the varieties Mandilaria and Monemvasia. At a rate of 75-25 they will combine harmoniously and create the Paros Reserve Red Dry.
