This wine is not an ordinary expression of the variety but is the result of an effort to reduce interventions both in the vinification and in the cultivation of the variety, with a view to preserving the unique characteristics of the variety but also to the minimum possible impact on the environment in every stage of the production.

It is a wine with a white-yellow color, characteristic aroma of melon, bergamot, pear, bitter orange, kumquat and green apple. Its body is full combined with a refreshing acidity and its aftertaste is fruity and refreshing. Enjoy with seafood and shellfish, green salads, vegetable risotto and lemon pasta.

"Thesis" is the name of the estate's philosophy for the cultivation and vinification of some selected local varieties. This wine is a special dry white produced from vines in mountainous Corinthia at an altitude of 650 meters with the average age of the plants being 40 years. Its color is light gold with green highlights and its aromatic profile is complex and refined with stone fruit and citrus aromas.

Apricot, grapefruit, lemon peel and white flowers are the main aromas on the nose. In the mouth it is oily with acidity that refreshes and some hints of minerals that complete the complex flavor palette. Enjoy this Malagouzia with balanced green salads, large fatty grilled fish, shellfish, risotto with white sauces, grilled vegetables and grilled white meats as well as pasta with salmon.

This is an Agiorgitiko that comes from the best vineyards of the estate, ripens perfectly and remains for 16 months in the barrel, until it is bottled. Its color is a deep ruby red and clearly indicates its resistance to long-term aging. It combines the aromas of the fruit with the flavors and aromas of the oak in perfect balance.

It is a puzzle even for the most trained palates, with a full body and perfectly balanced tannins. Great companions for this excellent wine, red meat, creamy sauces with spices and risotto with truffle oil. It goes perfectly with hard and aged cheeses.

Monolithos red is a 100% Agiorgitiko that comes from vineyards in Tzitari and Kalivia Nemea which are located at an altitude of 450-500m and the average age of the plants is 40 years. It is a wine with a bright red color and purple highlights with intense complex aromas of black wild fruits which combine perfectly with the soft tannins and deliver a rich, crisp and balanced taste on the palate.

Paired with white and red meat grilled or stewed with red sauces, cured meat, pasta, aromatic spice sauces and roasted vegetables. It also combines perfectly with hard and semi-hard cheeses such as mozzarella, feta and pecorino.
