Ktima Akrani Grenache Single Block M is created 100% from the Grenache Rouge variety. The vine plot from which it comes is 25 years old and planted in the clay stony red soil, shale parent rock. The management and evolution of the ecosystem is based exclusively on the principles of Organic Agriculture (the estate is under the certification process). After the end of the alcoholic fermentation of unbroken racks in open oak barrels, the wine is destemmed and decanted by 50% of its volume into 225 liter barrels and 50% into concrete containers. His stay in them can vary from 8-12 months. Each vintage matures by remaining in the bottle for 6 months before being released on the market.

All this gives us a wonderful wine, the Ktima Akrani Grenache Single Block M, which has a light red color with a slight brick hue. . The nose is reminiscent of a Mediterranean countryside full of wild herbs & hints of sour cherry and bitter almond. Medium body, with a creamy texture without lacking acidity.
