To create the Ktima Akrani Syrah S.V.M., the grapes will undergo malolactic fermentation processes in new oak barrels, while then they will be transferred to 1st, 2nd and 3rd use oak barrels where they will remain for 12-16 months, so that they ripen and to get their wonderful perfumes. Before it reaches our table, the wine has matured for another 8-12 months in the bottle. It is ideally served at 16-18 ° C and accompanies wonderful dishes of red meat, baked lamb, ribeye etc.
