The Moraitis winery, in the area of Naoussa in Paros, has been producing fine wines for several years. In Sarakiniko of Paros is one of the vineyards of the winery, where the Assyrtiko variety grows. It is carefully collected, undergoes pre-fermentation extraction and fermentation at low temperatures before maturing for 8 weeks in its wine sludges, in order to offer us this special label, the Estate Assyrtiko BIO S.V. Sarakiniko White.

Estate Assyrtiko BIO S.V. Sarakiniko White has a blonde color with greenish reflections, aromas and flavors of flowers, peach, green apple and lemon that will dominate and give us a moderate intensity of acidity.

A pleasant aftertaste will occupy our palate for quite some time, until the next sip. Estate Assyrtiko BIO S.V. Sarakiniko White is considered a perfect accompaniment to seafood and Asian dishes. Served ideally at 8-10°C.
