Dilofos is an aromatic red wine, which is prepared from the Tselepou estate and is a composition of the Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties at a rate of 50% each.

Dilofos Deux Collines wine undergoes classic vinification with extraction for 10-15 days and then matures in second and third use oak barrels for approximately 10 months. Aromatically, it displays ripe red forest fruits and a subtle sense of vanilla from the oak. It has a round and charming fruity taste with a long aftertaste. Its excellent tannic structure usually allows it to be aged for another 5 to 7 years. This is a wine that creates an ideal combination with pot roast, noodles and pancetta.
