ALPHA Assyrtiko is a dry wine with a golden yellow color and aromas of citrus fruits, orange peel, yellow apple, white flowers and flint, combined with aromas of honey and honeysuckle. It is a wine very balanced in the mouth that offers a pleasant aftertaste. It goes perfectly with fish in the pan or in the oven and white meat with light sauces.
