    The ALPHA Pinot Noir of the ALPHA estate, is an elegant wine, with rich aromas and intense acidity. It is dehumidified in the absence of a filter, cold extraction in a controlled environment, and its alcoholic fermentation at graduated temperatures. The wine remains for 8 months in its wine sludge and is periodically stirred before it takes its final form.

    The ALPHA Pinot Noir of the ALPHA estate is aged for 11 months in French oak barrels and stays in the bottle for 14 months to acquire the aroma and taste of wild cherry, spices, plums, raspberries, and cocoa notes with cool acidity.

    It is important to mention here that for better preservation of the aromas of the wine, its transfusion in the special carafe is recommended. ALPHA Pinot Noir accompanies grilled meats and French cheeses, taking off your tastes and senses.
