Alpha Sauvignon Blanc comes from the ALPHA estate and is a white dry wine very popular in Greece. It is produced in the vineyards of Amyntaio and its vinification follows pre-fermentation extraction in a controlled environment, alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature, stay of the wine for 3 months in its wine sludges with periodic stirring.

Alpha Sauvignon Blanc has a crystalline and bright color, with greenish highlights. Its aromas are intense and rich and refer to citrus fruits, passion fruit, lychee and sweet melon. In the mouth it is quite full, already, oily, with excellent balance, coolness and finesse. It has a lively aftertaste that contributes to the long duration of the perfumes. Alpha Sauvignon Blanc can be consumed alone as an aperitif but it goes well with salads, pasta, shellfish, seafood, as well as several desserts.
