Alpha Tannat Red Dry from the ALPHA estate, brings to our table a fine single-variety red wine, especially famous in Uruguay. It is dehumidified in the absence of a filter, the cold extraction in a controlled environment, and the alcoholic fermentation at graduated temperatures. The wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels and another 18 months in bottles.

In this way, Alpha Tannat Red Dry acquires a bright, deep, purple color with violet highlights, intense and complex aromas dominated by spices and dried red fruits.

The taste is dominated by elements of vanilla and wood and in terms of its finish, it is characterized by a taste balance and a long shelf life of aromas. Alpha Tannat Red Dry ideally accompanies meat with rich red sauce and grilled steaks.
