Angostura 1919 Premium Gold Rum 0.7L 40%

In 1932 a large fire destroyed the Caribbean Association, where hundreds of barrels were burned and only a few were saved. The Master Distiller of Angostura, Fernandez, took them without knowing if they contained rum or not.

The rum they contained was the best of 1919 and so it got its name, Angostura 1919 Premium Gold Rum, an aged rum for at least 8 years. It is a blend of various rum of House Of Angostura, which gives us a full result. Vanilla and caramel stand out in aroma and taste of Angostura 1919 Premium Gold Rum with spices to make their appearance towards the end and stay for a while, keeping our palate busy.
