This blend of rum, the Angostura Dark Rum 7 Year Old, has undergone the carbon filtration process, after it had matured. Then it stays in barrels for a while until it "binds" and is bottled.

Angostura Dark Rum 7 Year Old leaves aromas of cocoa, tobacco and vanilla that stand out after leaving it in the glass for a while to rest. In the flavors, dark chocolate and tiramisu will make their presence felt, before leaving us with a moderate aftertaste of cocoa, coffee and Creme brulee.
