The difference between Aoton Retsina and the rest of commercial resins is great. It has a yellowish color and aromas of pine, mastic, citrus, orange, and notes of machete, mint and pear. Its aftertaste has balanced acidity and oiliness.

The variety of Savvatiano and Roditis included in Aoton Retsina make this label unique. The grapes are picked by hand and transported in small crates. From there follows the fermentation process in stainless steel tanks where the resin is added, the most basic ingredient in the creation of this label. After the fermentation process, the spirit matures with its lees for at least 8 months.
