Arione Barolo DOCG 2017 0.75L

Producer: Arione
The color of Barolo is grenache with orange highlights. Its aromatic profile is intense and highly complex, with notes that tend to be fruity and floral, such as violet and vanilla, or tertiary such as spice. Its "hard" components are pleasant, acidity and tannins, but at the same time the "soft" are pleasant and balanced, like alcohol. Thanks to the intensity and exceptional persistence, they make Barolo the undisputed "King of wines", famous all over the world. Accompany game stew, grilled or stewed red meat and mature cheeses.

Four generations of producers who, for more than seventy years, have been working for excellence, passing down from father to son, the cultivation techniques and the art of Piedmont winemaking. It is a family business, since 1870, where values and goals are shared year after year. Reliability, quality, respect for nature and innovation are the guiding principles of the winery. The founder was Luigi Arione, who in the early 1900s created the wine business that today, in its fourth generation, still bears his name.

Arione boasts a century of wines and considerable recognition, both in Italy and abroad. Production takes place in the two historic wineries owned by the Arione family. The first is located in Canelli, a small municipality of Monferrato in the province of Asti while the Castiglione Tinella winery is located in the hills of Castiglione Tinella, a small municipality in the province of Cuneo, between the Langhe and Monferrato of Asti.
