Armorik Classic is first aged in English oak casks and then in Sherry casks. On the nose it is fruity and rich in notes of citrus fruits and spices with an emphasis on the aromas given to it by the Sherry barrel. In the mouth it has a strong taste from the oak barrel that overwhelms you, quite spicy with a light hint of chocolate. Its finish is long, with the appearance of flowers and a touch of chocolate.
