Auchentoshan Heartwood is a single malt whiskey from Old Kilpatrick, which is located in the Lowlands of Scotland. This whiskey goes through a special process of triple distillation, -like all Auchentoshan labels- before entering barrels to mature. Its maturation will take place in three stages and in three different types of barrel.

In the aromas of Auchentoshan Heartwood, fresh honey and orange peels will dominate, accompanied by notes of pear, coffee and hazelnut, while in the taste hazelnut and almonds make their presence felt, accompanied by notes of chocolate, apple and coffee. Its aftertaste is intense, with dried fruit and citrus lingering, leaving a slightly dry but fruity aftertaste. We suggest you try it with ice so that you can enjoy all its aromas.
