    It matures in oak barrels for up to about 1 year before the final distillate is bottled. The grape varieties that the Avdiros Red Dry wine combines are "Limnio", which is also the oldest Greek variety, "Pamidi", which is a rare variety, as well as "Syrah", a French variety.
