After filtering, Bacardi Gran Reserva Diaz is placed in oak barrels where it will stay for at least 10 years, under the Caribbean sun, until it matures and acquires its golden color. It has a strong aroma with notes of vanilla and caramel, while in the taste we find fruit and wood that dominate. Bacardi Gran Reserva Diaz ends up having a soft aftertaste of wood and caramel, which is produced due to the way that is filtered.
