Bairaktaris Monolithos White Dry 2021 0.75L

It is an imposing white dry wine consisting of the Malagouzia, Assyrtiko and Moschato varieties that come from vineyards in mountainous Corinthia at an altitude of 850-950 meters. It has a soft white gold color with a bouquet of exotic aromas and sweet tropical fruits such as banana, pineapple and mango. Its body is full with the aromas of the mouth following those of the nose. Enjoy it with fish, shellfish, molluscs, white meats, colorful salads, pasta with white creamy sauces and grilled vegetables.

Vine cultivation was a tradition for the Bairaktari family that passed from one generation to another, thus learning to take care of the land and its fruits with undivided love and affection. In 2005, however, Christos Bairaktaris decided to give a more modern form to this family tradition. This is how the Bairaktari Estate was born.
