Bairaktaris Thesis Malagouzia White Dry 2022 0.75L

"Thesis" is the name of the estate's philosophy for the cultivation and vinification of some selected local varieties. This wine is a special dry white produced from vines in mountainous Corinthia at an altitude of 650 meters with the average age of the plants being 40 years. Its color is light gold with green highlights and its aromatic profile is complex and refined with stone fruit and citrus aromas.

Apricot, grapefruit, lemon peel and white flowers are the main aromas on the nose. In the mouth it is oily with acidity that refreshes and some hints of minerals that complete the complex flavor palette. Enjoy this Malagouzia with balanced green salads, large fatty grilled fish, shellfish, risotto with white sauces, grilled vegetables and grilled white meats as well as pasta with salmon.

Vine cultivation was a tradition for the Bairaktari family that passed from one generation to another, thus learning to take care of the land and its fruits with undivided love and affection.
