Bootlegger 21 NY Gin comes from the Do Good distillery, which is located in an old, abandoned firehouse in Roscoe, New York. Brian Facquet and John Walsh decided to take the risk and start their own distillery. They started with their classic vodka and until today they have expanded to create gin and bourbon.

The classic recipe for a gin is also used for the Bootlegger 21 NY Gin, with five herbs in it. Juniper, coriander, orris roots, lemon and orange peel, are the ones that will be combined with the best water of Catskill Mountain and will offer us this special gin. Aromas and flavors of juniper and orange will dominate, with notes from all the ingredients making their appearance, leading us to a long aftertaste, occupying our palate for quite long.
