Bunnahabhain Senior Blender carefully selects first-fill and second-fill ex-sherry barrels to create this label, with spirits that have matured for several years. Dried fruits and caramel cream, accompanied by notes of vanilla, sea air, spices and nuts, are the predominant aromas at Bunnahabhain Stiureadair. Its taste is also rich with the dried fruits, the caramel and the sea salt to dominate and strong notes of spices and nuts to accompany them harmoniously, leading us to a long, intense aftertaste, with the dried fruits dominating at the beginning and the spices to occupy our palate for quite some time at the end.
