Cantarelle De Provence Gin is a floral and fruity gin made from grapes, which will then be mixed with herbs, flowers and spices. Aromas of juniper, grapefruit, coriander and bitter orange peel are the ones that will dominate in Cantarelle De Provence Gin. In the taste again the juniper will dominate, accompanied by flowers, coriander and strong notes of orange peel, leading us to a long and intense aftertaste, with the juniper and the grape to stand out and occupy our palate for quite long.
