Cape Fynbos Gin comes to us from South Africa and surprised us with its rich aromas. It is created with more than 30 herbs, including juniper, with each of them giving its own unique touches. All procedures will be carried out under the supervision and instructions of Christian Wilderer, before the gin is quadrupled, mixed with water from the French mountains and then bottled.

In the aromas of Cape Fynbos Gin the juniper is the one that will dominate, with notes of cardamom, flowers, grapes and orange to strengthen it. In the taste again the juniper prevails and strong notes of fruit, flowers and spicy spices accompany it, leading us to a long and intense aftertaste, with citrus and cardamom occupying our palate for quite long.
