    Dalmore The Trio 1L 40%

Dalmore The Trio comes to us from the Highlands of Scotland from a secluded area on the banks of the Cromarty Firth. The story of its special emblem began in 1263, when Colin Of Kintail, leader of the Mackenzie Clan, rescued the King of Scotland, Alexander III, by killing a stag that had attacked him. As a reward, the king gave the Colin of Kintail the emblem of the stag with 12 horns, an emblem that adorns the bottle to this day.

Its name, Dalmore The Trio, comes from the number of three barrels it was placed in to mature. In this way it acquired characteristics and aromas, which were harmoniously combined, giving us an excellent result. Fresh and dried fruits dominate the aromas, accompanied by hints of herbs and spices. In the taste, strong notes of spices often make their appearance, leading us to a persistent and long aftertaste with the spices dominating and occupying our palate for a while.
