Alcohol will prevail at all levels of El Diablo Absenta Black, while aromas will be accompanied by a hint of anise. In taste, like most absents, El Diablo Absent Black seems to have a "medicinal" taste with alcohol prevailing again, while in the aftertaste it ends up somewhat spicy, perhaps from the herbs and spices it contains. We preferred to try it in the classic Czech way, which we consider better and milder, recommending it especially for beginners.
