The aromas of Etsu Gin are full of citrus fruits, which are accompanied by spices and yuzu, giving it a special character. In taste the yuzu and the citrus will dominate together with the juniper, while the spices will make their presence strong towards the end and will be maintained until the aftertaste, where the pepper and a pleasant bitterness from the citrus peels, will occupy for a while our palate.
