In search of a classic Irish whiskey with a rich and spicy flavor, they created a fine blend of Irish single malt and grain whiskeys, which matures in heavily charred barrels for six months. The result is a whiskey with rich notes of vanilla, spice, caramel, butter, wood and smoke, offering a deeper and more complex taste experience.
