Fuyu Mizunara Finch 0.7L 45%

The mixture has aged in white barrels of American oak and for the last 6 months or so it is transferred to Mizunara barrels, from which it will get its special characteristics. It will be called Fuyu Mizunara Finch. Fuyu means winter and Mizunara water and oak. Created from 50% Malt and 50% wheat, it will mature for at least three years before it is bottled and comes into our hands.

Sandalwood, butter and coconut notes dominate the smell and lead us to a fruity taste, with cooked fruit, caramel and tobacco to dominate, accompanied by notes of coconut and spices. The aftertaste of Fuyu Mizunara Finch is slightly spicy with spices such as cinnamon, ginger and black pepper to make their presence strongly felt accompanied by notes of fruit and coconut.
