Behind the creation of Anatolikos Sweet, there is a great process. The grapes of the Agiorgitiko variety are left in the sun until they are dehydrated and after 3 to 4 weeks after being harvested, they are pressed until the must comes out. This process takes about 6 hours.

After this first phase, the fermentation will begin until the final result of this sweet wine is obtained, which will remain for about 5 years in French oak barrels to obtain its aromas and flavors. It is recommended to combine it with chocolate-based sweets.
