This is one of the rare cases of wild Moschofilero fermentation. It has aromas reminiscent of rose, jasmine and licorice which are harmoniously combined with the aromas of butter that emerge from the barrels and the agitation of the wine sludge during vinification.

Moschofilero Wild Ferment is considered to have a medium duration aftertaste and is a wine with intensity and complex character. It can be combined with Mediterranean dishes, such as oily, seafood dishes and grilled or fried fish.
