Retinitis Nobilis wine is a wine whose composition arose from the use of the Roditis variety, which matured in the vineyards of semi-mountainous Corinth. It has undergone the classic vinification with the only difference that the producers here have added a quantity of resin to the distillate.

Thus emerged a new Retsina with white-yellow color and cool taste reminiscent of grapes, lemon and mastic. All these elements coexist and are in perfect balance with each other. This is a wine that can accompany mainly the classic Greek dishes, taking off their taste.
