It is created from the varieties Malvazia and Moschato Spinas, which grow at an altitude of 400 meters in the vineyards of Monofatsi, in Heraklion, Crete, and specifically in the vineyard "Frangospito".

    The Frangospito White Dry BIO has a crystalline pale yellow color and is overwhelmed by aromas of high intensity and complexity, with the Turkish delight rose prevailing and exuberant notes of citrus accompanying it harmoniously. Its taste is rich and fruity, with a delicious acidity. It is ideally served at 10°C - 12°C and accompanies wonderfully fresh salads, vegetable pies, fish, shellfish and white meats.
