Giacobazzi Lambrusco Fruttato is a lovely red sparkling semi-sweet (amabile) wine produced from the Lambrusco di Grasparossa di Castelvetro, Lambrusco Sorbara and Malbo varieties. It is delicious and flavorful with an intense ruby ??color and fine foam. It has a characteristic aroma of red fruits and spices and its taste is soft, fruity and pleasantly sweet. It is well balanced by the soft tannins and goes well with typical Italian charcuterie and traditional first courses from Emilia and Modena. Also ideal for dessert, especially in combination with fruit tarts and cakes. Drink it cool at 10-12°C.

The Giacobazzi Winery is located in Nonantola, in the province of Modena, a town famous for its good food but also for being the birthplace of personalities such as Enzo Ferrari and Luciano Pavarotti. For generations, the Giacobazzi family was dedicated to the cultivation of the countryside and the vineyard, but it was not until 1958 that Angelo Giacobazzi, together with his son Antonio, decided to expand and strengthen the small family winery. A little later, the name Giacobazzi will become synonymous with Lambrusco, soon becoming a point of reference in the production of quality sparkling wines.
