"NOTOS" red semi-sweet, produced from the Agiorgitiko and Merlot varieties of grapes from the mountainous slopes of Aegialia. These varieties will connect and create a wine full of aromas and flavors of red fruits and flowers. At the end, a sweetness remains in the mouth and a velvety aftertaste.

The vinification of "NOTOS" red semi-sweet, takes place at temperatures that do not exceed 20°C giving us a tasty and fruity red wine that retains some of its natural sugars as its fermentation stops through cooling, just before the end of it. It ideally accompanies grilled meat and pasta with red, sweet and sour sauces. It is recommended to consume it at 14°C.
