Two separate Merlot and Syrah vineyards on the slopes of Egialia were selected for Wild Merlot-Syrah. The result of the processes that these two varieties go through, is a modern and at the same time traditional wine that has aromas of red flowers, fruits, berries and mushrooms, which prevail at all levels. Its taste is full leaving notes of tannins that lead us to a long and full of spices aftertaste. Wild Merlot-Syrah is ideally served at 16°C.
