The wines of the winery are produced from grapes that are organically grown in the vineyards of Agia Triada of Polygyros. White varieties such as Alexandria Muscat, Sauvignon Blanc, Malagouzia, Viogner and Assyrtiko as well as red varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Agiorgitiko and Syrah are the ones that are cultivated. The winemaking takes place in the privately owned facilities of the new modern family winery in Portaria of Halkidiki.

Konstantaras Malagouzia White Dry is an organic white dry wine that has undergone controlled alcoholic fermentation and has matured with its wine lees. Its color is bright and comes from exotic fruits such as mango, pear, citrus, sage and marjoram.

Konstantaras Malagouzia White Dry aftertaste is rich and slightly spicy and its finish has a long duration. Ideal accompaniment for traditional snacks, seafood, cheeses and fruits.
