The south-east facing vines dry quickly in the morning so that the delicate Pinot Noir grapes can always be harvested healthy and ripe to produce this special wine. It has a matte ruby color with light edges, a complex nose of cherries, sanguine oranges and beets. It is fruity on the palate, delicate and edgy, with fine tannins, graceful sweetness, lively acidity and distinct notes of Amarena cherries and sour cherries. It combines perfectly with roasted vegetables and game!

Ο σεβασμός είναι μια κεντρική ιδέα στο οινοποιείο Loimer. Όχι μόνο σε σχέση με τη φύση και το κρασί, αλλά και στην αντιμετώπιση του ενός με τον άλλο. Όλοι έχουν έναν στόχο: να παράγουν κρασιά με χαρακτήρα που δίνουν ευχαρίστηση από την πρώτη έως την τελευταία γουλιά. Όταν παρουσιάστηκε η ευκαιρία το 2004 να μισθώσει το παραδοσιακό οινοποιείο Schellmann στο Gumpoldskirchen, ο Loimer την άρπαξε. Από τότε, τα σταφύλια για τα κρασιά Loimer δεν προέρχονται μόνο από το Kamptal, αλλά και από αμπελώνες γύρω από το Gumpoldskirchen, μια περιοχή γνωστή ως "Austria's Burgundy"
