Strictly selected vineyards, over 80 years old, which will be carefully selected from the areas of Lefkes, Thapsana and Stavros, will give us the varieties Mandilaria and Monemvasia. At a rate of 75-25 they will combine harmoniously and create the Paros Reserve Red Dry.

Paros Reserve Red Dry will mature for 16 months in French oak barrels and will remain in the barrel for at least another 8 months, before coming to our table.

It has a deep red color with aromas and flavors of wild cherries and dark chocolate, accompanied by notes of vanilla, which will dominate in smell and taste, resulting in a long aftertaste of spices. Paros Reserve Red Dry accompanies impeccable red meats and spicy cold cuts. Ideally served at 18-20°C.
