Sambuca Molinari takes its name from the plant from which its extract is extracted, the well-known "sambuco". One of its main ingredients, is the essential oil obtained from the distillation of anise, which gives this unique aroma and feature of the liqueur.

Sambuca Molinari penetrates the sense of smell with strong aromas of anise, licorice and aromatic herbs. Soft, sweet and fresh, with good uniformity and long finish, it is drunk plain or with ice, but it is also used in confectionery. The ideal serving temperature is from 10 to 12°.
