Reddit takes Cannonau flavor to a higher level. Its flavor comes from a particularly territorial character, with vineyards located in the area of ??Santa Maria La Palma, not far from the sea. It is produced from carefully selected Cannonau grapes that are harvested by hand and then aged for 14 months in 500 liter French oak barrels. It has a strong aroma and taste, with notes reminiscent of red fruits. In the mouth, you will find balsamic notes and full body. It is a persistent but at the same time delicate wine. Goes great with baked goat, roast lamb and veal fillets.
