Sir Edmond Gin is a special label, named after Mr. Edmond Albius. Edmond Abius may have been born a slave, but at the age of 12 he discovered something that changed the cultivation of the vanilla orchid, after he found that he could make it pollinated by hand with a blade of grass. Edmond's simple but at the same time refined invention became an established practice and is still used today.

Sir Edmond Gin comes to us from Germany. Vanilla from Reunion Island, juniper and cardamom, are the ones that will dominate in taste and aroma, accompanied by notes of angelica root, cinnamon, ginger and citrus, making this label special. Sir Edmond Gin's aftertaste is full of vanilla and spices, occupying our palate for quite long. Enjoy it with a slice of lime and tonic or create your favorite cocktails with it.
