Talisker Skye 0.7L 45.8%

Talisker Skye, which also bears the name of the island where the distillery is located, was introduced to us in 2015 and will mature in American, oak, smoked barrels. It is a different approach from the distillery, which is somewhat more beginner friendly, as it is rounder and easier to drink.

Sweet smoke, peppery spices and the classic marine notes of Talisker, accompanied by fruit notes, are what compose the rich aromatic profile of Talisker Skye. The taste of fruit, salt, fennel and lemon will prevail, accompanied by strong notes of tobacco, spices and wood, resulting in a long aftertaste where spices and tobacco will keep our palate busy for a long time.
