Teeling Stout Cask is a malt whiskey from Dublin and the Teeling distillery. The distillery was founded in 1782 by Walter Teeling, but for financial reasons it closed in 1976. The Teeling brothers opened a new distillery very close to the old one, in 2014 and immediately managed to bring Teeling back to the levels it was before.

The distillery has worked with the Irish brewery Galway Bay Brewery for years and together they make 200 Fathoms Imperial Stout, which is matured in Teeling Small Batch casks. These same casks will therefore return to the distillery and be filled again, with carefully selected malt whiskies, which will remain in the casks for 3 months, acquiring even more aromas and flavors.

Chocolate, spices and rye. are the aromas that stand out straight into the Teeling Stout Cask. In the taste, caramel, vanilla and chocolate will dominate, with orange, plum and spices making their appearance a little later with intense notes, leading us to a long and persistent aftertaste that will occupy the palate for a long time us.
